SHIPPING POLICY

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 working days of purchase from our studio in the UK. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If you require a tracking number, please contact us at info@danshan.co.ukPlease ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been placed.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

​

UK orders:

Delivery is £5 for standard shipping - estimated delivery time between 5 to 7 business days.
 

EU, EEA countries & Switzerland orders:

Delivery is £15 for standard shipping - estimated delivery time between 7 to 14 business days.
 

Other countries orders:

Delivery is £25 for standard shipping - estimated delivery time between 7 to 14 business days.

All delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date. We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance, remote delivery locations, or adverse weather conditions. Please allow additional time during holidays or sale periods.

International Orders

​

For all destinations outside the UK, customers are responsible for any Customs Duties, Import Taxes, or Local Handling Fees that may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimates before placing an order. Any delay in paying customs charges may result in a delay in delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

​

If you are not satisfied with your full-price purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • Returned with original packaging and tags still attached

To begin a return or exchange, email info@danshan.co.uk. Please check item availability before requesting an exchange.

 

Important Return Notes

  • Tracked shipping is required for all returns; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the return and will be credited to the original payment method.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

​

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible at info@danshan.co.uk

with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Items damaged through normal wear and tear are not considered faulty.

Where possible, we will:

  • Offer an exchange if stock is available

  • Offer a repair

  • Provide a full refund if the above are not possible

We will arrange the return of any confirmed faulty or incorrect item.
