All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of your purchase.

UK orders: Delivery is free for standard shipping - estimated delivery time between 5 to 7 business days
EU, EEA countries & Switzerland orders: Delivery is £15 for standard shipping - estimated delivery time between 7 to 14 business days
Other countries orders: Delivery is £25 for standard shipping - estimated delivery time between 7 to 14 business days
We ship from our studio in UK. It is important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of any Customs/Duty and Import taxes before placing your order if you are outside UK. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.
If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your full price purchase you can return your order for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.
In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.
Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
