All orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of your purchase.

You will receive an email notification to confirm your order has been dispatched, if you require a tracking number please contact info@danshan.co.uk.

UK orders: Delivery is free for standard shipping - estimated delivery time between 5 to 7 business days.
EU, EEA countries & Switzerland orders: Delivery is £15 for standard shipping - estimated delivery time between 7 to 14 business days.
Other countries orders: Delivery is £25 for standard shipping - estimated delivery time between 7 to 14 business days.

We ship from our studio in UK. It is important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of any Customs/Duty and Import taxes before placing your order if you are outside UK. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.

If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your full price purchase you can return your order for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days, on the condition that the item is unused, in the same condition that it was received and it must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached. 

 

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify as soon as possible. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will either offer an exchange if there is a replacement available or offer to repair faulty items. When items deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange for return of the faulty item.

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

You must use a tracked delivery service to ensure easy confirmation of receipt.

Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days of receipt.

RENTALS & PERSONAL STYLING

By renting fashion items from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your rental.

​

1. Rental Items

By renting from Danshan, you are agreeing to rent a minimum of 3 fashion items across different styles for a period of 5 days.

The specific items will be selected from our collection at your discretion.

 

2. Rental Fee and Deposit

  • Rental Fee: £100 for 3 items for a 5-day rental period. There will be an extra charge of £25 for each additional item.

  • Deposit: £100 as a refundable security deposit per item.

Before your rental period begins, you will be charged the total of deposit and rental fee. The deposit will be refunded within 7 business days of the items being returned in accordance with our return policy.

 

3. Rental Period

  • The 5-day rental period begins the day after you receive the items and excludes the time taken for shipping.

  • The rental period ends on the day you ship the items back, with the shipping label we provide.

 

4. Shipping and Handling

  • Your rental will be sent and returned via Royal Mail and we will provide you with a shipping label for the return of the items. However, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping. The cost shall be deducted from the deposit.

  • We will ensure that all items are dry cleaned before they are sent to you. You will be responsible for the cost of dry cleaning upon return, but we will handle the arrangements. Under normal circumstances, the dry cleaning cost will be between £5 to £10 per item. The cost shall be deducted from the deposit.

 

5. Your Responsibilities

  • You agree to treat the rented items with care and return them in the condition they were received, except for normal wear and tear.

  • All items must be returned by the end of the rental period using the provided shipping label.

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping and dry cleaning as stated above.

 

6. Damage or Loss

  • You are liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the rental period.

  • If any item is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, we reserve the right to deduct repair or replacement costs from your deposit. We will provide you with a detailed explanation of any such deductions.

  • In the event of loss or irreparable damage, you agree that the full deposit may be retained as compensation.

 

7. Returning Items

  • You must return the items using the provided shipping label by the end of the 5-day rental period.

  • For any days beyond the 5-day rental period, an additional rental fee of £25 per day will be charged. This amount will be deducted from your deposit.

 

8. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your rental up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period for a full refund.

  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the rental period, a £50 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit.

 

9. Refund of Deposit

  • Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect them for any damage. If the items are returned in good condition, your deposit will be refunded within 7 business days.

  • If there are any deductions for damage, late returns, or additional rental fees, we will notify you with an itemized list of charges.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.

 

11. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with your rental and completing the payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

This constitutes a binding agreement between you and Danshan.
